The Lower Level at the R&R can be accessed in three ways. The locals step inside from the rear door at the parking lot and into the bar. There are also two interior staircases from the first level.

Hotel Owner Sherry Wingrove has accumulated many tales from the bar area and the storage room from both patrons and employees.

Sightings and strange sounds and footsteps are heard frequently in this area.
